1000 Trades

Address

16 Frederick St,
Birmingham B1 3HE

Housed in a beautifully restored nineteenth-century building that was originally built in 1870 as a jewellery workshop before later becoming a badge factory, 1000 Trades celebrates craft in all its forms across three unique floors.

As an independent free house, it proudly showcases an exceptional selection of local and regional beers, wines and spirits, alongside an ever-changing kitchen serving menus inspired by Birmingham’s rich and diverse food scene. With a focus on independent producers and seasonal flavours, there’s always something new to discover.

A firm favourite with locals throughout the year, 1000 Trades is just as welcoming on a cosy winter evening by the fire as it is on a sunny summer afternoon with the French doors thrown open.

The building’s creative heritage continues to shine through today, making 1000 Trades a place where craftsmanship, great food and good company come together.
